Course add, drop and withdrawal deadlines are based upon the respective 课程 part-of-term. For short and special part-of-terms 课程s, please refer to the 特别学期/短期课程报告 的最后期限. 

Students can find their 课程s add, drop and withdraw deadlines, on 大熊星座, under registration 信息rmation, Your Course Drop/Withdraw Deadlines.

Please note: There is no refund for 课程(s) withdrawn after the respective 课程(s) 下降的最后期限. 学杂费按100%收费. 

After your initial registration, you may need to add, drop or withdraw from a class. Generally, all of those actions can be completed in 大熊星座 and each item has potential implications for financial aid, tuition and your transcript.  如果你在想 any of these adjustments, remember to watch the deadlines!

  Through the 5th day of the semester of the respective term: You may add full-semester 类通过 大熊星座. 学杂费相应调整.

  第6 - 10天:学生可以访问  课程延迟添加申请表 (Day 6-10) for the respective term on the 注册处办公室网站 and submit 寄给书记官长办公室. The add request form will only be available on the 注册处办公室网站 during days 6-10.

  Note: The Course Late Add Request form will only be available days 6 - 10 of the late 添加时间.

  After day 10 of the semester: 你必须 submit a 申请延迟添加一门课程 (along with all signatures) to the 司法常务官办公室 for consideration along with a written statement describing the circumstances that kept you from adhering 到最后期限. This petition will only be approved if there were extenuating circumstances beyond your control that kept you from adhering 到公布的截止日期. 你必须 have been attending on or before the 下降的最后期限 to be considered. 最终批准 will be made in the 司法常务官办公室.

  Dropping a class and withdrawing from a class are two very different things. 如果你 drop a class before the 下降的最后期限, the class won’t appear on your transcript and 你不会被收取任何学杂费. 这对你的GPA没有影响.

  如果你 want to drop a Special Term/Short Course

  In some cases, instructors will drop you from a class if you don’t attend the first 两个小时. However, it’s your responsibility to follow the drop procedure and not assume your instructor will drop you automatically.

  如果你的账户有保留的话 that prevents you from dropping or withdrawing, you must contact the Registrar’s office no later than 5 p.m. 在截止日期那天.

• 退课

  如果你 miss the 下降的最后期限 you’ll need to withdraw from the class via 大熊星座.  In this case, the class will appear on your transcript with a “W” grade and won’t affect 你的平均绩点. You will be charged tuition and fees, and it may affect your financial aid 奖.

  You may withdraw from individual classes in 大熊星座 在退课截止日期之前.

  You may withdraw from any 课程 through the Course(s) Withdrawal deadline for that 课程.  Select the 'Your Course Drop/Withdrawal' deadline link on the student tab of your 大熊星座 to determine the withdrawal deadlines for your 课程s. 这是你的责任 to know the withdrawal deadlines for your classes.

  No adjustments will be made to your tuition when withdrawing from a 课程.
